KoziCalander Privacy Policy

KoziCalander is a personal calendar and task planner from Zentaio AI, using the developer identity zen2ai/o. This policy explains the information used by the app and this product website.
1. Information used by the app
The planner uses information you enter: event and task titles, descriptions, event locations, dates, times, priorities, and completion status. It also stores preferences such as language, theme, font, and background selection.
2. Local storage and retention
The planner implementation stores plans and preferences locally on your device or in your browser's storage for the app's origin. It does not provide cloud synchronization of those plans in the reviewed version. Clearing browser storage or app data, uninstalling the app, or changing the browser or device may remove or make those records unavailable. Keep your own copies of important plans.
3. Weather and other network requests
The weather feature requests current weather from WeatherAPI using the configured city and language. That service receives the request and associated network information, such as your IP address. Weather requests do not require sending your event or task descriptions. WeatherAPI's own privacy policy applies to its processing.
4. Website hosting
Visiting this website sends ordinary requests to the hosting service to deliver pages and images. Such requests can include IP address, browser information, and requested URLs. The product pages do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
5. Support correspondence
If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any files you choose to attach. We use this correspondence to respond and troubleshoot your request. Avoid including sensitive calendar content that is unnecessary for support.
6. Sharing
Locally stored planner records are not uploaded by the planner storage implementation. Weather requests, website hosting, and email support involve their respective service providers. We do not sell planner records. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law.
7. Deletion and your choices
You can delete events and tasks in the app and remove local records through your device or browser storage controls. You can stop network requests by closing the app. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable retention obligations.
8. Security
Local storage depends on the security of your device, browser, and account. Local planner records are not a secure vault. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Children
KoziCalander is intended for users aged 13 and older. Contact support if you believe a child under 13 has sent personal information to us.
